PAYMENT: Hire charge and refundable
deposit of £100 due on confirmation of booking. (£250 for drivers under 25 years)
Cancellation fee at £23.50 per day.
DISCOUNT: Good rates for hire in excess
of 2 weeks.
C.D.W: Insurance excess of £500 can
be reduced to £100 by payment of the collision damage waiver charge. (£250
for drivers under 25 years).
SURCHARGES: Guaranteed early collection.
Sunday only hire. Split week Day hire (Subject to availability).
LUTON
BODY: Damage to
the Luton bodies is the FULL responsibility of the hirer, including damage
caused by collision with overhead objects and is NOT covered by the CDW.
WINDOWS/TYRES: All damage to windscreens,
tyres, light lenses and door mirrors, are the responsibility of the hirer.
LICENCE: The original document must be
produced prior to the hire commencing. If new EEC (Credit Card Type) All
parts must be produced.
FUEL: Vehicle must be returned with
the same quantity of fuel as on departure.
CLEANING: An additional charge will be
made if interior of vehicle is dirty or damaged on return.
AGE: Drivers aged between 21 and 70
years with a minimum of 12 months driving experience. (Enquire conditions
for drivers of minibuses).
SMOKING: This is not permitted in any
vehicle. Infringement will result in loss of deposit.
PARKING: This is available but at
customers own risk.
OVERSEAS: If the vehicle is to be used
outside of the United Kingdom, an additional surcharge will apply.
